David is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has an MBA from Manchester Business School. David has over 14 years’ experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry having held positions with Cambridge Antibody Technology, Boehringer Ingelheim and Alizyme plc.

David specializes in the financial management of commercially focussed organisations whether private, public or in transition to public markets via IPO.

David has extensive experience of fundraising, acquisitions, international licensing transactions, corporate restructuring, corporate communications and investor relations. David is also an experienced Company Secretary.
