Roger has been a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants for more than 30 years. He has held a number of senior financial positions and key roles in life science companies including Cambridge Antibody Technology, Onyvax and two AIM-listed companies, Angel Biotechnology Holdings PLC and Physiomics PLC.

Roger specializes in early-stage and growing companies and has a deep understanding of the financial issues faced by fast-growth, technology-led companies.

Roger is highly experienced at implementing strong and reliable financial reporting, business planning, cash flow management and budgeting procedures. He is also an experienced Company Secretary.

He is also a partner of Magnesium Financial Management LLP.
