Stephen is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has 20 years experience of Director level roles in various sectors including Financial Services, Professional Services and Life Sciences. Having been a Director of Deutsche Bank and other blue-chip financial services companies, Stephen moved into interim management. Stephen has been Chief Financial Officer of ICVEC Ltd and iQur Limited, both University biotechnology spin-outs where he successfully developed and implemented funding and turnaround strategies.

Stephen has specialised in managing change including integrating acquisitions, divestments and turnaround projects.

Stephen has experience of fundraising, merger and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, stakeholder management including private equity and angel investors, and implementing rigorous management and reporting systems to support turnaround strategies.
