Tony is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has over 20 years experience of senior roles in the Healthcare industry, including 10 years as Chief Financial Officer of British Biotech/Vernalis, a UK and US listed business. He also serves as a non-executive director and Audit Committee Chair at Biocompatibles International plc.

Tony specializes in assisting companies grow through the evaluation, selection and execution of strategic transactions across Europe and North America.

Tony has extensive experience of fundraising, mergers & acquisitions, licensing transactions, corporate restructuring, royalty and loan financing, corporate communications and shareholder interactions.
